Galaxy M20 should be one of the first slotted smartphones manufactured by Samsung
In contrast, Samsung took advantage of the many critics of users who did not like the wide notch and continued its propaganda over rejection of the notch family of Apple, and reinforcing that their devices would never have such a solution. But it looks like the plans have changed.
With dozens of leaks in recent months and confirmation of the new Infinity screens for 2019, the company has clearly spit on the dish it has eaten, and will launch next year dozens of screen-savvy smartphones. Not as wide as the present on newer iPhones, but still a notch.
And it seems that one of the first Samsung models to hit the market with the notorious and criticized notch will be the Galaxy M20 (or just M2), one of the models of the new line of the South Korean giant for next year.
In the photos that illustrate this story you can see only one concept of what the design of the 2019 Galaxy M line and the possible U-shaped notch of the Samsung Infinity-U can be.
Reinforcing the previous leaks, new information on the M20 indicates that the device will actually hit the market with Android 8.1 (unfortunately Samsung will not launch it with the latest Android Pie), in addition to the manufacturer’s own Exynos 7885 processor and a combo of 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage.
Regarding the screen we know that the resolution will be 2340 x 1080 pixels, resulting in a Full HD + panel in the ratio 19.5: 9. The information about the display size has not been leaked for now, but news should come soon.
